Drunkmoose 2 Report post Posted April 12, 2020 Hey everyone, was looking to see if anyone knew why Tempest Rush didn't seem to trigger things like Life Per hit, or the Epiphany rune Soothing Mists. Really liked the idea of having a super mobile support that could heal like crazy and group things together, and not being able to find any info on why those things don't work with Tempest Rush is driving me crazy.
