Lockybalboa 618 Report post Posted March 14, 2014 Been working through most of the classes doing CMs, Warlock, Ele Sham, BrM Monk are all done, hunter is 3/9 and Disc Priest is next on the docket. AFTER all that is my warrior, was wondering what most people did in CMs - arms seems like it would be better for the trash and thus over all time, but most of that would depend on how scaling is at that ilvl. Talents: Juggernaut SW DS Shockwave for control? Likely doing this with a BrM monk so there shouldn't be much stun DR in the group. Vigilance Avatar for LOLSMASHYOFACEIN or Blood for more over all? I assume SB scaling at 464 is total shite. Thoughts?
Estarriol 167 Report post Posted March 14, 2014 Only a few dungeons will need Shockwave for the control. You'll have to talk to your tank and coordinate. A few dungeons will probably need you to switch mid-run, such as Stormstout.
ragebarr 153 Report post Posted March 14, 2014 If you intend to do them as DPS, then definitely go Arms. If you don't mind tanking them Prot is pretty fun too. Talent wise: - Juggernaut or Double Time, whichever you prefer (I personally prefer DT for the burst mobility) - Enraged Regen or Impending Victory. Nothing in CMs hurts little enough for SW to be worth it. - DS or Piercing Howl. DS used to be awesome, but since it shares a CD with pummel now it's way less awesome. It still has some uses for the caster packs in both Scarlet, but that's about it. - If your Tank can survive with 1 less AoE stun in the group, take Bladestorm (and if you can afford to switch to DR for bosses do it, but Bladestorm+Bloodbath in trash is simply OP). If you *really* need Shockwave to survive, then sure, but your damage is going to be way lower. - Vigilance is awesome. - Bloodbath always. With either Bladestorm for trash or DR for bosses, it's by far your best choice. SB scaling is shite for arms at all ilvls.
Lockybalboa 618 Report post Posted March 14, 2014 Thanks Rage, it's a CM group with guildies that have done 2-30 full 9/9 gold runs so it's a smooth run. More Deeps will likely be the most useful, so to hell with SW and such. Thanks mate.

Lockybalboa 618 Report post Posted March 14, 2014 2-30 is a pretty broad range. o.o I've done about 15 full 9/9 runs, 3 or 4 runs on the warlock helping friends, another 5 or 6 sales runs, and then one run on Monk, ele sham each. Another of the guys sells 2 or 3 full 9/9 golds almost every day for the past few weeks, plus a lot of sales and runs before that on multi toons. Others in the group have only done their alts and no extra stuff.
