RavenMind 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2021 According to my research, your own "Frost Death Knight Best Legendaries" page & Wowhead, Memory of Biting Cold DOES NOT drop from the Halls of Atonement as indicated on this page, but from Nathor in The Necrotic Wake.
