Speed Guides Overhaul - GR > T16 focus

The guides I'm most interested in are GR speed guides. I'm talking about builds that focus on clearing GR difficulties beyond T16 in roughly about 4 minutes. These are the builds that progress my heroes, and frankly, as a non-competitive player,  are also usually more than enough to finish my season.

I feel the current set of IV guides focus too much on the gold-based corner case of Goldwrap / Hoarder / Avarice. Sure it's a nice combo for getting the  GR keystones, but at a ratio of 1 keystone run to 4 GR runs, I don't understand the focus on the 20% case instead of the 80% case. It also tops out at T16 and in my mind isn't so great for bounties where you have boss rooms with no gold.

Of course the gold-based builds offer some ideas for GR speed builds, but the ones I've tried require trial and error. The Goldwrap defense is too strong for any other direct 1:1 replacement so you're basically having to make multiple alterations to get it to work with no gold. That's what I'm looking to your guides for in the first place, is what combination of skills and gear is likely going to balance out best for both offense and defense to progress furthest.

Anyway not sure how many other players feel this way but I wanted to bring it up for your consideration.

T16 speed runs and GR speed runs are 2 completely different things, for T16 its pretty much mandatory to have the trinity goldwrap avarice hoarder, it makes you almost invulnerable and gives you the gold you'll need for GR's, GR speed runs are a different beast, i'd say take the push builds and work your way from there, usually you'll want to exchange tankiness for damage, since if you're doing speeds, you should be able to somewhat trivialize that level of GR, that usually means using stuff like Squirt's Necklace and other damage multipliers instead of the more defensive or utility based options, as an example, for GoD DH, you put in  Squirt's over flavor of time, nemesis bracers over wraps of clarity and so on, also, you will swap defensive abilities for either damage or speed abilities, passives as well.

Its not that hard, and there are tons of helpful guides around the web.
