Missing legendary gem

I can’t get the gogok-of-swiftness. It’s not in stash. Rift guard isn’t dropping it. I don’t have it equipped. 
 

level 1100 paragon and want it for a support monk build. 
 

I have one other character that’s a level 50 Paragon and looked on him can’t find it.  
 

oh maybe it’s on one of my followers I just thought of that!!

You must have it somewhere if it's not dropping. Check followers on all characters, gear on all characters, check rings that are in your bank, just in case you didn't remove it when you unequipped a piece of jewelry.

if you did a build swap with the armory and your inventory and stash were full, it may have dropped. Happened to me, lost a level 50 BOH.
