Despite the recent nerfs - Havoc still S- Tier?

Probably not #1 in S-tier anymore, but still S-tier. The nerfs affected M+ far more than they affected raid. AoE situations beyond 8 targets are far more rare in raid encounters.

Even when I, as a feral druid, consistently outperform others in M+ and raids who are S and A lists, you guys still shove us into B.

 

You ALWAYS shove us into B.   Despite the high damage, high mobility, great defensives, Brez, innervate, offhealing and buffs, you shove us into B.

 

My faith in this site and its reliability has waned quite a bit over time.

If you're a better player than the people you raid with, it doesn't matter what you play. If you love feral, play feral. The tier list is based on players of equal skill who are killing mythic raid bosses during progression, not whatever guild you happen to play with.

Poor Elemental Shaman, they do not even list their other utilities, like Wind Rush/Roots or Lust/Heroism, I feel like those are pretty important if you do not have the other classes in the raid.
