As of November 9, 2020, "Distributed Denial" has swapped places with "Confident Competence" in the Under Cover tree. Since the writer, Motoko, is currently busy with WoW Shadowlands release, a fix should come sometime in the coming weeks, together with updates for his other BL3 guides and builds. While I personally hold no obligations towards the writer to spend their time updating it, the guide should probably be taken down, or at least marked as outdated, seeing as the build is no longer possible with the previously mentioned skill swaps.
