Guest Exodiquas Report post Posted October 21, 2020 There is a typo on "Cloak of Shadows is useful to remove Samh'reks Cascading Terror to prevent you from getting feared. Cloak of Shadowows". Cloak of Shadows is pretty good but is it ShadoWOWs good? :P
Guest Aralgi Report post Posted November 19, 2020 There's a typo in 6.1 Breath of the Dying. 'If the target is below 20% or above 80%, the cooldown is reduced to 30 seconds.' The correct description is: the cooldown is reduced by 30 seconds. This is important because it means it is actually reduced to 15 seconds, half of the indicated cooldown in this guide. Thanks for pointing this out, I pushed an update to fix the typo for the last few days of BfA.
Guest Valkorn Report post Posted November 25, 2020 Hi guys, in the case of Kyrian without premeditation rotation, do you really gain dps by not using shadow dance at the same time than shadow blades and SOD. Yes, u will be able to have probably one or two more shadow strikes since u dont waste time on ur shadow dance by using rupture and kyrian's spell but on the other side you lose 15% damage on the kyrian's spell which deals a lot especially with SOD just before. Im pretty sure you have tested both but just to have confirmation if its a significant gain or not. Thanks

Like you said, trade off is 2 shadowstrikes vs echoing reprimand and rupture in those two globals. Reprimand is 110% of your attack power, whilst Shadowstrike is 87.35%. Without going too deep into the math, as theres quite a few other variables, Reprimand would need to do a bit more damage to be worth over 2 Shadowstrikes.

Muerthogar 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2020 Quote Dreamweaver becomes better for DPS at Renown 13 as you will unlock your second Potency Conduit. As Dreamweaver is also better defensively, you should be using her for a while. Just a bit of nitpicking but Dreamweaver is male.

Ashine 7 Report post Posted December 3, 2020 11 hours ago, Guest shortcut said: hey what abou dealthy shadows legendary? its not listed here^^ Hey, like mentioned in the list of Legendaries, we have only listed the competitive ones. If you do not see something in the list, it is safe to assume it does not out perform the other ones in any PvE content.

Question is how close the stones Vs oil + potion are to each other? This is something this page doesn't touch on at all. It first lists that sharpening stones are best and then in the next section lists the potion that also increases shadow oil damage by 10% is best. Much confused. Much confused. I have not listed it simply because they were virtually the same on single-target even when using Potion of Phantom Fire (was 1 DPS difference early on in the expansion when I did the simulations) and as soon as you have 2+ targets, Sharpening stone is already better. It is fairly easy to sim the difference for your own toon by using Raidbots and going into Simulation options and swapping the weapon oil option there. As an example, for my character double Sharpening Stones simulate 9 dps higher even on single-target now.
Guest elkiki Report post Posted January 18, 2021 Hi, I was just wondering what you meant by "Cleave situations fuel additional single-target damage." is it only to speak about the working mechanics of secret technique or smth else too ? thanks
