I managed to defeat the boss on the first try, so I might have just been lucky, but generally having Misha on the board at all times is important. Try using Mana for cards instead of healing her (unless it prevents a very unfavourable trade). Play generally aggressively unless a rather favourable trade shows up, or if it prevents a very unfavourable trade, then trade. Try to buff your beasts outside of the range of enemy minions; don't buff Misha too much as her dying simply lets you summon her again, which is not true for other minions.
