If you want to compare it, this is my gear: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/shadowsong/Kv%C3%A9r/advanced I do something slightly different because I have a crit and mastery cap(Blame Akraen), but the same still applies. With the BBoY/Ashflare combo, you have way more crit, which is weighted higher than mastery in this setup, at least until specified plateaus.
