Need a necro build for pre 70 characters

Almost all suggested builds assume that we have access to Kanai cube, sets of armor etc. However, beginners don't have any of this.  Can someone post the skills and other suggestions for a necro to go from 1-70? I also like the witchdoctor. Please suggest build for witch doctor too.
