Best WoD Hunter Races

I know it's early but what do you think are shaping up to be the more attractive hunter races in WoD for both ally and horde? I'm interested in more raiding and PvE but welcome PvP opinions as well.

Honestly it's still too early to tell. The game is only in Alpha and things are still liable to change. They haven't even said yet if they are going to keep Every Man for Himself. It does currently seem as though Alliance might have a slight advantage over horde for the new racials, but again that is something that can still change. There are many players very upset over this Troll racial change: 

• Beast Slaying now increases XP earned from killing Beasts by 20% instead of increasing damage dealt versus Beasts by 5%.

I speculate dwarf may be one of the better races for hunters (though I'd die before I race changed to dwarf).  The new Human racial seems really interesting, if the new secondary stats are any good. Draenei may have some potential but it depends on what the final scaling will be at level 100.

 

As far as Horde goes, we may see a rise in Tauren hunters (their racial is now the same as dwarfs), but I expect most hunters to stay Orc.

 

Pandas and Worgens are currently staying the way the are now.

 

We will just have to see how things unfold when the Beta comes out

I do find it amusing that you chose to link a German racing car instead of a Nascar racing car. One day I'm going to turn you into a "good 'ol boy" :P

Seeing as all the racial's are mirrored via faction, you will want to choose %increased crit damage or %increased crit chance. I will be testing this on the Beta and post my results when the beta is out =)

That's assuming the stat weights that we'll want will be the same as they are now.  I believe they already said they plan on balancing secondary stats so that the difference in stat values will be closer.  Granted, for hunters they're already close especially for Beast Mastery so we may feel less of a change.  Just saying that basing the best racial effects when we don't know the actual values of the secondary stats is not going to get us anywhere in an Alpha build.
