You have a typo in the materials section of the 20-45 section:

Quote

Total Materials for 7  Ground Death Blossom , 8  Ground Rising Glory, and 10  Potion of the Hidden Spirit: 34  Death Blossom, 46  Death Blossom and 10  Rune Etched Vial (Vendor).

Death Blossom is listed twice.  the second one should be Rising Glory instead.

Is the Potion master spell available in Shadowlands?  I just made a new alchemist and cannot get the quest to earn the Potion Master. I have heard that it is no longer in SL, sure hope this is not true.

It is true, unfortunately there are no Alchemical masteries in Shadowlands, so no extra chances at pots elixirs and transmutes 😞

Hover over Alchemy in your spell book and you'll see the Mixology perk.Alchemists indeed have 2 hour flasks.
