We have a  quad entry today, as pretty much all versions of WoW get the hotfix treatment! We have retail class and quest tweaks, Remix all around tuning, Cata Classic transmog and bug fixes, Season of Discovery Molten Core and class changes, and finally, Era Quel'Serrar fixes!
       July 29 (Source)
      Classes
Priest Fixed an issue where Void Summoner was providing twice as much cooldown reduction than intended. Shaman Corrected an issue that was preventing the Skyfury buff from allowing melee attacks to gain extra Windfury swings. Player versus Player
Fixed an issue in Rated Battleground Blitz where the PvP item level was incorrectly scaling on Eye of the Storm. Quests
Fixed a bug preventing Ardenweald gardeners from looting the Wildseed of Regrowth in Queen's Conservatory. Players can now interact with the Wildseeds in the Queen’s Conservatory to complete "Tending to Wildseeds". WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria
Adjusted the power levels of all Remix content to account for unintentionally increased difficulty with patch 11.0.0. Cataclysm Classic
All original WoW Classic PvP gear is now usable as transmog appearances. All of these pieces of armor have been and will continue to be available from the Legacy Armor and Legacy Weapon Quartermasters in both the Champion's Hall in Stormwind and the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar. Fixed a bug preventing Supreme Defender from incrementing correctly when killing Flag Carriers in Warsong Gulch. Season of Discovery
Players who have the 18-slot version of the Bottomless Bag may now exchange the bag or the Pattern for the 20-slot version at Rix Xizzix in Booty Bay. Players who have killed Magmadar but are unable to douse the Rune of Kress can now swap the Heat difficulty back and forth and should find you can now douse the Rune. Lava Surgers in Molten Core will no longer spawn once Ragnaros has been defeated. Fixed an issue with many of the class dungeon set bonuses. They can now only be triggered by abilities, and not by item use. Ragnaros is no longer immune to Paladins’ Hand of Reckoning. Fixed a bug interrupting eating or drinking when near a graveyard. Fixed a bug where the incorrect version of Quel’Serrar could appear in this version of the game. [With weekly restarts] The increased damage taken for low Fire Resistance in Molten Core on Heat 2 and Heat 3 has been reduced but is still extremely dangerous. Characters who are at 30 resistance lower than intended should now expect to take about 3 times normal damage (was guaranteed fatal). Developers’ notes: This is intended to allow players who are dependent on Resistance Totems or Paladin Auras to have a chance to survive if briefly not within the range of those effects. Hunter [With weekly restarts] Entrapment now triggers a diminishing return as a Root effect on players each time it is applied. Subsequent durations will be halved and then quartered in duration, and then the target will become immune for 30 seconds. Fixed a bug that prevented Hunters from being able to interact with the four demons involved in the Rhok'delar quest chain. Priest Fixed an issue where re-speccing did not remove Divine Spirit appropriately. Rogue The 6-piece Tier 1 bonus no longer puts Vanish on cooldown. Shaman You can no longer have Burn and Way of Earth active at the same time by using Rockbiter Rank 3. Warlock Shadowflame will no longer be overwritten by Improved Shadow Bolt. Warrior The Warrior 2-piece Tier 1 bonus Tactician will no longer be consumed if the spell cast was a free Blood Surge Slam. Classic Era
Fixed a bug that caused extra Lava Surgers in Molten Core. Fixed a bug where the incorrect version of Quel’Serrar could appear in this version of the game.

Get the Burden of Unrelenting Justice Transmog Sets
It’s been a year since T&W (Tawney and Wilder) and the Zen’shiri Trading Post have been supplying a variety of delightful mounts, pets, toys, and transmogs to the citizens of Azeroth. To celebrate, players who have earned the monthly special reward from the trading Post twelve times will be rewarded with a new achievement, “Trading Post Enthusiast” along with a new color-shifting transmog — the Burden of Unrelenting Justice transmog set.
The Burden of Unrelenting Justice Transmog Set includes 9 pieces: Head, Shoulder, Chest, Waist, Legs, Feet, Wrist, Hand, and Cloak. With the release of the Seeds of Renewal content update, players who complete the twelve months will also receive two non-color-shifting sets representing the day and night version of the color-shifting transmog for a total of three sets retroactively. Players who earn the achievement after the launch of the Seeds of Renewal Content update will automatically receive all three sets for their collection.
You don’t need to earn the special reward twelve times consecutively to get the achievement and the transmog sets.
      How it Works
      Get Tender Every Month
At the first of each month, players with an active account in good standing will receive 500 Trader’s Tender automatically every month from a chest called the Collector’s Cache. If you don’t have active game time on your account or aren’t a subscriber at the start of a new month, don’t worry. Your Tender will be awarded on the first day of the month when you do have game time or an active subscription. This will be the same amount for everyone, regardless of how you pay for your game time.
      The Traveler's Log
Complete monthly activities listed in the new Traveler’s Log. Each month features a rotating, themed set of activities. These activities provide the opportunity to earn up to 500 additional Trader’s Tender. There’s only a set amount of Tender you can earn each month through completing activities, so you won’t need to complete all the ones in the log each month. You’ll be able to pick and choose from a variety of fun in-game activities to easily earn Tender. Players can choose to earn by continuing to play the game as they already do, such as completing quests, competing in battlegrounds, participating in holiday activities, and even running Mythic+ dungeons. But you can also choose to take part in activities uniquely designed for the month.
      Freeze an Item
Before the month comes to an end, if you haven’t purchased that one “must-have” item yet, don’t worry. You can “freeze” an item so you can purchase it later. When you freeze an item, it will stay available month over month until it is purchased or replaced.
If this month’s offerings didn’t have the items you wanted, you can hang on to your Trader’s Tender to spend later. It won’t go anywhere, and unspent Tender will continue to accumulate each month.
Learn more about the Trading Post in our previously published news post on the official site.
*The Trading Post feature is not available in WoW Classic titles.
**Requires World of Warcraft Subscription or Game Time
***Requires Level 10 to access the Adventure Guide.

It's finally time to take a more serious and stable look at the DPS situation in the pre-patch! We have almost the full week behind us and the numbers have settled, so it's time to see where the first wave of War Within class changes puts the specs. We're still in Amirdrassil and BM is still pulling some insane numbers, so let's take a look.
Note: We are using Normalized scores instead of raw DPS for the Warcraft Logs rankings. The u.gg rankings at the bottom are raw DPS. Normalized scores take into account the outlier boss fights where certain specs could stack massive DPS (due to the nature of the fight, whether it's AoE spam or something else), which would then affect their overall score for the whole raid.
      Mythic
      Overall Damage 95th Percentile
It's all Beast Mastery all the time, even after the early nerf, as the spec is miles ahead of everyone else! Here's our BM Hunter guide writer, Azortharion, to explain:
First of all, it is worth noting that Beast Mastery's obscene level of power - particularly on single-target, is not limited to the Pre-Patch. Numbers are very high on the Beta as well.
The War Within introduced two key talents. First there's Huntmaster's Call, which simply causes every 3rd Dire Beast summon to summon an additional pet (either Hati or Fenryr), which gives you either 6% pet damage, or 8% Haste. On top of this, Hati and Fenryr do serious damage on their own, making this talent obscenely powerful on its own, but especially with our Dragonflight Set Bonus summoning extra Dire Beasts whenever we Bestial Wrath .
The other powerful talent is Basilisk Collar - a flat 10% pet damage increase for every DoT we have active. Beast Mastery has a lot of DoTs in its kit, and being able to harness these for a near-permanent 30-40% pet damage boost is very strong.
There is one bug affecting all of this, which is that Laceration (a DoT that deals damage based on pet crits) is doing too much damage. This is adding another 10% or so that is not warranted.
Everything else is very similar to our day 1 look-in, with only Arms managing to move at all in the top 8, as it takes down Fury for the silver. Down in 9th we see Augmentation making its way up, with some of the pre-patch fixes to logging helping it show closer to its actual numbers!

95th percentile Mythic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Overall Damage All Percentiles
Everything mirrors the top percentiles here, with the changes starting down in 8th, where Assassination moves ahead of Feral, while Windwalker makes its way into the top 10, pushing Unholy aside. The bottom sees two Warlocks and a Rogue languish, with Outlaw joining the two non-Destruction 'locks, although Destro isn't exactly doing a lot better either.
All percentiles Mythic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Boss Only Damage All Percentiles
The boss chart is literally identical to the day 1 version, with Unholy and Balance taking Subtlety down just outside the top 10.
All percentiles Mythic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Heroic
      Overall Damage All Percentiles
Heroic sees Beast Mastery still at the top, but with a much more reasonable gap before Arms in No.2. Retribution takes down Elemental for 3rd, while Windwalker moves one up into 7th.

All percentiles Heroic data by Warcraft Logs.

      U.GG Raw Mythic DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks. This chart is for Mythic only.
The raw DPS chart is mostly the same, although it leans more on the day 1 situation - with Fury taking Arms down in 2nd, Frost DK taking down Elemental in 4th, and Assassination ahead of Feral in 7th.

Meanwhile, if you're looking for more information you can check out our class guides, updated for the pre-patch, or the Vault, Aberrus and Amirdrassil boss guides, the raid DPS tier list, as well as more data from Warcraft Logs here.

With the recent XP nerfs in the War Within pre-patch, a player has reached Level 70 in MoP Remix in just 35 minutes!
If you're wondering how long it takes to reach Level 70 in MoP Remix after the XP nerfs, here's a definite answer!
Reddit user musculate shared a screenshot of their /played time in MoP Remix. It only took them 35 minutes to reach Level 70 in the limited-time event.

The fastest way to reach Level 70 without a boost right now is to level up a character in MoP Remix. All MoP Remix characters will transfer over to retail on August 26 when the new expansion launches globally. The pre-patch event coming tomorrow will also be great for leveling.
