Looking for Advanced Arcane input

Context: I re-rolled during the start of SOO to my current Mage. I previously played a Disc priest and during DS, a boomkin.

I am a decent enough Frost mage with ok parses on pretty much every boss and I changed over to Arcane a few weeks back to see if I can compete with the more competitive mages out there :)

I have some top10 ranks and some really shite 150+ ones.

What I would like to ask is for someone to analyse some of the fights where I am struggling to improve week on week like Protectors and Thok...

The fights I struggle with atm:

 

Fallen Protectors - This week I messed up the pull and didn't prepot or mirror image... Didn't notice MI was on cd and I just derped. But if you look back at my other kills, I do the same sort of 550-580k dps and I just don't quite know what I am doing wrong... I am dotting like a madman and kicking the rotation but I just don't get into ranking numbers. As Frost, I do well on this boss so I just don't get it. Am I being an idiot?

 

Norushen - I have a fairly decent rank 49 on Norushen but that was using Living Bomb and going in with the first group. With NT (Which seems to be the top mage choice) I just don't perform...

 

Thok - Perhaps it's our strat or perhaps I just don't whore enough on the yeti and adds but I just can't seem to do well here... Halp!!

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I too would love some input on the Thok encounter, from the Arcane perspective.

As Bio said, "I just can't seem to do well" either.
