Why does my Unholy DK ilvl Parse suck?

Hello all! 

I've been trying to improve mechanically at my class even going so far as to install the top TellMeWhen unholy DK config to optimize my rotations, but in my last parse with my guild in Heroic CN, I'm only parsing at 14% for my ilev. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
