watex 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2021 I just recently started leveling my Rogue, ive pretty much always played as Assassination, and then i saw that at level 58 my Shiv would get rank 2 and apply a pretty neat debuff ! But when i finally got it, it wasn't as good as expected, since in Blizzard / WoW time "until cancelled" equals 9 seconds. What a yikers.
