Here's an overview of all class changes that went live recently on the 9.1 PTR.

Death Knight

Blood

  • Blood Death Knight Blood Death Knight (Spec Aura) updated with a 6% buff to all spells.
    • Increases damage/healing by 6%:
      • Avalanche, Blood Boil, Blood Plague, Bonestorm, Breath of Sindragosa, Bursting Sores, Chill Streak, Cold Heart, Death and Decay, Death Coil, Death Strike, Death's Caress, Defile, Frost Fever, Frozen Pulse, Glacial Advance, Heart Strike, Inexorable Assault, Marrowrend, Rune of Razorice, Sacrificial Pact, Soul Reaper, Unholy Blight, Unholy Pact
    • Increases periodic damage/healing by 6%

Druid

Legendary Powers

  • Celestial Spirits Celestial Spirits Convoke the Spirits' cooldown is reduced by 60 secnds and has a chance to use an exceptional spell. Additionally, Convoke the Spirits' duration and number of spells cast are reduced by 50%. The cooldown and duration of Convoke the Spirits is reduced by 50%. Convoke the Spirits has an increased chance to use an exceptional spell or ability.

PvP Talents

  • Owlkin Adept Owlkin Adept - Owlkin Frenzy can stack up to 2 times and reduces the cast time of your next Cyclone or Entangling Roots by 50% and can stack up to 2 times 50%.
  • High Winds High Winds - Cyclone leaves the target reeling, reducing their damage and healing by 30% for 4 sec.
  • Grove Protection Grove Protection - Summon a grove to protect allies in the area for 8 sec, reducing damage taken by 40% from enemy players outside the grove.

Hunter

  • Wailing Arrow Wailing Arrow from the Sylvanas' bow added. Fire an enchanted arrow, dealing [ 92.5% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage to your target and an additional [ 37.5% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage to all enemies within 8 yds of your target. Lesser creatures struck by a Wailing Arrow are stunned for 5 sec. (Costs 15 Focus, 2 sec cast, 40 yd range, 30 sec cooldown)

Pets

Mammoth

  • Trample Trample changed from 6 sec cast to Instant.

Pterrordax

  • Updraft Updraft (NEW) - Your pet beats its powerful wings, slowing the fall speed of both itself and the hunter for 30 sec.

Survival

  • The damage of Kill Command Kill Command hasn't been increased by 15% in this build, as outlined here.
  • Raptor Strike Raptor Strike - A vicious slash dealing [ 100% [ 115% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.
  • Mongoose Bite Mongoose Bite (Level 45 Talent) - A brutal attack that deals [ 90% 103.5% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and grants you Mongoose Fury.
  • Flanking Strike Flanking Strike (Level 45 Talent) - You and your pet leap to the target and strike it as one, dealing a total of [ 117% 135% of Attack Power + 117% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.

Paladin

Holy

Legendary Powers

  • Radiant Embers Radiant Embers (Newly datamined Legendary Power) - Ashen Hallow's duration is increased by 50%. If you leave its area, its cooldown is reduced by up to 50%, proportional to its remaining duration.
  • Divine Resonance Divine Resonance Every 10 seconds after casting Divine Toll you cast it again at 60% effectiveness. This effect lasts 30 seconds. Every 10 sec after casting Divine Toll you cast it again at 20% effectiveness. This effect lasts 30 sec.
  • Duty-Bound Gavel Duty-Bound Gavel Vanquisher’s Hammer now has 2 charges and empowers an additional cast of [Templar’s Verdict/Word of Glory/Word of Glory]. Vanquisher's Hammer gains 1 charge. Word of Glory empowers Light of Dawn twice.
  • Seasons of Plenty Seasons of Plenty - Casting Blessing of Summer or Blessing of Winter grants Solstice to you and up to 4 allies, increasing Haste by 5% and increasing cooldown recovery by 10%. Casting Blessing of Summer or Blessing of Winter grants Solstice to you and up to 4 allies, increasing Haste by 5% and increasing cooldown recovery by 10% for 10 sec.

PvP Talents

  • Luminescence Luminescence When you are healed by an ally, up to 5 allies within 40 yards are also healed for 20% of the amount. When healed by an ally, allies within your Aura gain 5% increased damage and healing for 5 seconds.
  • Aura of Reckoning Aura of Reckoning At 50 stacks of Reckoning, your next weapon swing deals 250% increased damage and will critically strike. In addition, it activates Crusade for 9 sec. At 50 stacks of Reckoning, your next weapon swing deals 200% increased damage, will critically strike, and activates Crusade for 9 sec.
  • Jurisdiction Jurisdiction  - Increases the range of your Hammer of Justice by 10 yards.  Increase the range of Blade of Justice and Hammer of Justice by 10 yds, and radius of Divine Storm by 4 yds.
  • Divine Favor Divine Favor - Your next Holy Light or Flash of Light is increased by 100% 50%, casts 30% faster, and is unable to be interrupted.
  • Darkest before the Dawn Darkest before the Dawn - Every 5 sec the healing done by your next Light of Dawn is increased by 10% 20%. Stacks up to 10 5 times.
  • Light's Grace Light's Grace - Increases the healing done by your Holy Light by 50% 15%, and your Holy Light reduces all damage the target receives by 5% 15% for 8 5 sec. Stacks up to 3 times.

Priest

Shadow

  • Shadow Priest Shadow Priest (Spec Aura) - Increases periodic damage/healing by 20% 50%:
    • Unfurling Darkness and Vampiric Touch
  • Shadow Word: Pain Shadow Word: Pain damage increased by 25%.
  • Vampiric Touch Vampiric Touch damage increased by 25%.
  • Devouring Plague Devouring Plague - Afflicts the target with a disease that instantly causes [ 65% 53.3% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage plus an additional [ 108% 88.6% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 6 sec. Heals you for 50% of damage dealt.

Anima Powers

  • Maldo's Soul Exploder Maldo's Soul Exploder Killing an enemy has a 20% chance to trigger an Unholy Nova at its location. Enemies that die within 60 yds have a 20% chance to trigger an Unholy Nova at its location.

Legendary Powers

  • Shadowflame Prism Shadowflame Prism - Mind Blast and Shadow Word: Death cause your Shadowfiend/Mindbender to teleport behind your target, slashing up to 5 nearby enemies for [ 91.8% 77.5% of Spell Power ] Shadowflame damage. Each time a rift is triggered, the duration of Shadowfiend/Mindbender is increased by 1.0 sec.
  • Talbadar's Stratagem Talbadar's Stratagem - While you have Shadow Word: Pain, Devouring Plague, and Vampiric Touch active on the same target, your Mind Blast deals 60% 55% more damage.

PvP Talents

  • Improved Mass Dispel Improved Mass Dispel - Mass Dispel's cooldown is reduced to 15 sec and its mana cost cast time is reduced by 30% 1 sec.

Warlock

  • Dark Pact Dark Pact (Level 30 Talent) - Sacrifices 20% of your current health to shield you for 250% of the sacrificed health plus an additional [ 380% 500% of Spell Power ] for 20 sec. Usable while suffering from control impairing effects.

Affliction

  • Corruption Corruption - Corrupts the target, causing [ 12% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage and an additional [ 78.75% 91% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 14 sec.
  • Seed of Corruption Seed of Corruption - Embeds a demon seed in the enemy target that will explode after 12 sec, dealing [ 40% 50% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to all enemies within 10 yards and applying Corruption to them.
  • Dark Caller Dark Caller is now baseline (was a Level 45 Talent).
  • Shadow Embrace Shadow Embrace is now a Level 45 Talent.

Soulbind Conduits

  • Cold Embrace renamed to Withering Bolt Withering Bolt and redesigned.
    • Shadow Bolt deals 20% increased damage per damage over time effect you have active on the target.
    • Drain Soul deals 10% increased damage per damage over time effect you have active on the target.

Warrior

Arms

  • Mastery: Deep Wounds Mastery: Deep Wounds (Arms Mastery) buffed by 12%.
    • Normal: Mortal Strike, Colossus Smash, and Bladestorm inflict Deep Wounds, dealing [ 60% 72% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage over 12 sec and increasing the damage the enemy takes from you by 8.8%.
    • Warbreaker: Mortal Strike, Warbreaker, and Bladestorm inflict Deep Wounds, dealing [ 60% 72% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage over 12 sec and increasing the damage the enemy takes from you by 8.8%.
    • Cleave: Mortal Strike, Colossus Smash, Cleave, and Bladestorm inflict Deep Wounds, dealing [ 60% 72% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage over 12 sec and increasing the damage the enemy takes from you by 8.8%.
    • Ravager: Mortal Strike, Colossus Smash, and Ravager inflict Deep Wounds, dealing [ 60% 72% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage over 12 sec and increasing the damage the enemy takes from you by 8.8%.
  • Mortal Strike Mortal Strike - A vicious strike that deals [ 144% 158.4% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and reduces the effectiveness of healing on the target by 50% for 10 sec.
  • Overpower Overpower - Overpower the enemy, dealing [ 91.5% 100.6% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried.

as warrior im happy to see 20% execute dmg increase for all specs but i found this buff only on icy veins other sites have 10% and only for arms and some doesnt even contain the buff for execute so which one is right? :D

      Increased Flightstone and upgrade Crest drop rates in the event. Reduced the HP scaling on all event bosses so that they should be killable in a more-reasonable timeframe. Developers’ notes: This includes both ‘minibosses’ (e.g. Hogger, Thorim) and final bosses (e.g. Remembered Onyxia, Ragnaros). Season of Discovery
      Hunter Heart of the Lion once again has a 100 yard range. Warrior The Focused Rage rune will now correctly reduce the cost of Meathook by 3. Cataclysm Classic
      Fixed an issue where Faerie Fire did not deal intended amounts of threat when used on NPCs targeting another unit.

      Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
      We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
      Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

      Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
      The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
      The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

      All Percentiles
      As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
      U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
      Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.

      For the next two weeks, the Archaeology quest for Spirit of Eche'ro is available on live servers, so don't forget to get the rare mount before it's gone for 6 months!
      How to Get the Spirit of Eche'ro Mount
      1. Download MapCoords or some other add-os that displays coordinates in the game.
      2. Teleport to Azsuna from the Stormwind/Orgrimmar Portal Room or use your Dalaran Hearthstone to reach Dalaran (Legion) if you have one in your inventory.
      3. Seek out Archaeology Trainer Dariness the Learned in Dalaran at 41,26 and learn Archaeology if you already haven't.
      4. Accept The Right Path quest from the Archaeology Trainer and make your way to Thunder Totem in Highmountain.
      5. Talk to Lessah Moonwater to accept Laying to Rest. For the quest, you must collect 600 Bone Fragments of Eche'ro by rotating between four digsites in Highmountain. The exact locations with coords are outlined below.
      Digsite 1: Darkfeather Valley (50, 44) Digsite 2: Dragon's Falls (58, 72) Digsite 3: Path of Huin (44, 72) Digsite 4: Whitewater Wash (39, 65) it takes roughly around 2 hours to get the mount.
      Spirit of Eche'ro
      "The spirit of Huln Highmountain's pet moose."

      Hurry up! You only have until August 21, 2024, to get the mount!

      MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
      With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

      We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
      When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
      MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
