Guest Will Report post Posted July 10, 2021 Question on the PvP. I was 1600 rating last season. All my gear is 213. Should I be spending my honor on the new blues and upgrading them ALL the way to 216 at renown 59? If I upgrade them to 216 will it still only scale the Item Level to 190?
