wow The 10 Rarest Unobtainable Mounts in WoW (Video)

Hirumaredx is back and looking at unobtainable mounts, specifically the 10 rarest ones, in terms of those that the fewest players have, in this pretty informative video.

While it starts off from some pretty expected ones, from events like the 15th WoW anniversary, 6 month + Diablo 3 bundle and such, the video goes into some far more interesting mounts and just how few players actually have them. From the MoP Challenge Modes, the very first Glory of the Raider achievement, Brawler's Guild mounts and more, there are actually two that are particularly close to my heart.

Coming in at number 3 in the video is possibly my biggest regret in World of Warcraft, as I was one of the geniuses that traded in their original Vanilla epic mount for the new and upgraded armored version when Blizzard offered it (the one that has been the standard for 16 years now), and thus robbed myself of one of the rarest mounts in the game (it was a kodo in my case). The other really awesome mount on the list for me is the original A Tribute to Insanity (25 player) one from the Trial of the Grand Crusader, as back then it also required that no players died throughout the entire raid. I remember back when Ensidia got the World First there (despite losing that particular race to Paragon earlier) since I was still hanging around the guild and writing for the site. The mount also came with a cool little letter from Tirion Fordring:

Dear[Player], Tales of your recent performance in the Trial of the Grand Crusader will be told, and retold, for ages to come. As the Argent Crusade issued its call for the greatest champions of Azeroth to test their mettle in the crucible of the Coliseum. I hoped against hope that beacons of light such as  you and your companions might emerge from the fray. We will need you direly in the coming battle against the Lich King. But on this day, rejoice and celebrate your glorious accomplishment, and accept this gift of one of our very finest warhorses. When the Scourge see its banner  looming on the horizon, hero, their end shall be nigh! Yours with Honor, Tirion Fordring

this is the only reason I regret that I started playing wow on official servers in the end of WoD, so far 3/10 of these. On my first private server I also had n. 1 and 2, as it was 3.3.5 patch server (Anathema). Miss those student days 10 years ago.
