nikroulah 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2023 In the opener, you want to wait for your party's raid buffs to come out before using your high damage skills. Typically all raid buffs will be up after the 3rd GCD. In certain encounters, if using your burst earlier would get you extra usages of Goring Blade or Blade of Valor combo GCDs, it can be a gain to move your burst earlier.
