Dyling Light staff for casters cannot be enchanted with Machinist Brilliance. The game says its item level is too low.

Under the gearing recommendations for shoulder it says "Any three socket piece," but browsing through the loot tables for Dragon Soul, ToT, or Siege of Ogrimmar I can't for the life of me find any three socket shoulders.  Even the tier pieces turn into two socket pieces.  Did the writer mean two socket shoulders or am I missing something?

Hey! I've pushed an update to address this, it is meant to say "two" and will soon!
