Incendium 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2014 Well I know my current gear isn't really the best but I was wondering if I can do anything right now that would help me rotation wise. I am basically following the icy veins rotation guide. My armory is http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/kazzak/Incendi%C3%BAm/advanced . I will enchant my gear once I get better gear (atleast SoO LFR). I have logs from several bosses. I am trying to keep my uptime on living bomb and invocation as better as possible. This is from paragons LFR http://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/q8fHMgn13VWRXYxj/#type=summary&source=17 I realise I missed 8 brain freeze and also I have more casts of ice lance than FoF procs. So I was wondering during burst especially on multiple target bosses like paragons shamans protectors if I should prefer wasting FoF procs or Brain Freeze. I know after getting t16 2 set it should be 1 frostfire then FoF but since I am currently not in the position to use 2 set what should I prefer on those fights where there are quite a few procs going on especially from frost bomb on stacked bosses. I have logs from Thok aswell http://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/q8fHMgn13VWRXYxj#fight=1&type=damage-done&source=17 sadly I was alt tabbed for 15 sec of the fight or so (ninja pull) and I missed some of the starter burst so my dps was a little lower. My uptime on living bomb was terrible on that fight. So I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips ofsome sort. Thank you for your time. Berlinia 168 Report post Posted July 6, 2014 Hello Incendium and welcome Regarding your question on multy target bosses.There without the 2set you should definatelly prioritize Ice Lance (with the Glyph of Splitting Ice) over Brain Freeze. On single target Brain Freeze > Ice Lance. That is definatelly the case at higher item level, however I will do my homework on this. Point 1) On your Thok pull, I got the feeling you have Icy Veins and Alter Time macroe'd.You should avoid doing so (check the mage FaQ as to why). Point 2) You can improve slightly on your living Bomb uptime. Right now you are casting Living Bomb after it expires, YOu can recast it before the last 2 ticks and still will do full damage. Incendium 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2014 (edited) My icy veins and alter time are not macroe'd but I might've miss clicked it not sure. I know that you have to use alter time with as many procs as possible (2 FoF, Brain freeze, trinkets and so on).
