Why did this not stun? <P4 Heroic Garrosh>

Basically we felt like we had the fight had this stun went out. On stream it looked like he timed it right.

Really bad angel, from what I see the Star kiter ran it in to someone in the raid that was on that side of the boss, not the boss himself. That's really the only way that this could have happened.

If you have the logs, look for only one person to have taken the Iron Star damage instead of the group.  As Locky said, the only way for a stun to not happen is if it hit someone else other than Garrosh.

Hmm, everyone took Iron Star damage though? Must of ran into the garrosh tank with cd's rolling if he survived being smashed with a star. Other than that, we will get him tonight!

Without logs you could only guess, but by the looks of it the monk marked with the skull got hit by it before it hit Garrosh:

If you read logs and look for the ability called imploding iron star and see who first received damage from it you can tell that way otherwise its just guessing

Edit: Also don't pop your Dark Soul and potion until PBI procs when you go into p4, and try to go into that phase with 4 embers. Could stand to gain over 5M boss damage in that phase.

That looks to be what happened.  Looks like it hit your tank 0.340 seconds before he began his cast,  Make sure your tank spins around with the stacked group when that star is coming in.

Yea, I was playing kind of panic mode considering we felt that the kill was coming. PBI was being stubborn with its proc again, so I popped my DS and potion is anticipation that it would soon, it was off icd for about 20 seconds.  There are many aspects about that find I could clean up damage wise, thanks for the suggestion

You have multiple attempts that night where you wiped due to incorrect Iron Star explosions, so its kinda hard to tell at a glance which one relates to the vod, if that stream was your last attempt of the night then it looks like your monk kiter accidently detonated it:
