What's the fastest way to earn XP on a hero? It is better to play QM or VS SI?

To get the highest amount of Experience, you should play in a full Party and ideally with people who have a Boost active. The only Game Mode that gives bonus Experience is Storm League. For more details, check Hero Level in the wiki.
