I guess the hands drop of Shall Bass set is wrong the hand drop in MAd King (HELL II+) and not HELL I as show

Thanks for the correction on the proper difficulty for the Dozen Strikes of Shal'baas. It'll be fixed with the next iteration of the guide!

As for the "where to farm the weapons" question, the answer will be the same as any other piece of legendary gear - pure, old-fashioned farming! 😄 I do recommend farming Unique (Orange-named) monsters, turning in Monstrous Essences, and doing Zone Events as an easy, consistent source of legendary items.
