The seed store is attached to having a fully upgraded farm and can be obtained at rank 7. If you don't see it, you'll likely be missing the upgrades and need to speak to your mammet.

The Iron Hatchet is available at rank 9, you need to have fully upgraded your facilities and complete a brief blue unlock quest to unlock the craft.

The guide says to gather at the summit to reach rank 10, is this even possible? I can't find a way to get there, I assume you need to be able to fly

That's funny, since you need rank 10 in order to fly and reach the summit.

The coordinates for the griffin are incorrect. it's chillin at 14,22, and requires flying to capture.

I notice an error in the optimized pasture, it has ground squirrel listed with normal/rare material drop as fang/claw. Should this be listed as claw/fur or should the animal be a second alligator?

It is supposed to be the squirrel so claw/fur!

You get Effervescent Water at 12 not 13 and I think you get scale at 13 not sure haven't hit it yet.

Yes that is correct as well as Shale at rank 13. The table further down the page was different to the one at the top which has the correct information. Will be updated shortly.

Boar of Paradise listed as 9am-noon rain, not here during the window. Other sources say it's showers instead of rain, worth looking into.

on the gathering materials you say that spectrine and effer water come from stalactites, when they are in fact stalaGMITES. the difference is one is above in the ceiling, and the other is on the ground. and they are labeled as stalagmites in the game.
