Glyph of Rude Interruption

I began to use this lately on Fallen Protectors, Norushen etc etc (where interrupts with Pummel can be frequent).

While I focus Rook Or He or whatever (taking Protectors as example), losing 1-2 seconds to go to Sun and interrupting with Pummel to get 6% dmg for 20 seconds is really good? Or am I mistaken? :)

 

Haven't seen people suggest this glyph very much, this is why I am asking.

if you made a focus interrupt macro you could reduce the swap time significantly
