The guide mentions that the hit cap changes from 16 to 17%. Why is that? It might be useful to clarify in the text.

Hey Pyrois,

it is just a game mechanics change from WotLK. You need 1% more hit, but the unavoidable 1% chance to miss is gone when you're at the hit cap.
