I'm a 54 level Shamon, I know totems are situational but do you have recommendations for starting Shamons basic totems for leveling, dungeons, and PVP?

It depends on your spec, for example Strength of Earth is great for Enhancement but not so much for Elemental or Restoration, where Earthbind can be more helpful to allow you to run away if needed.

Water totem should generally be Mana Spring.

Air totem either Windfury for Enhancement or Wrath of Air for Elemental or Restoration.

Finally Fire totem is usually Magma against multiple enemies or Searing against a single enemy.

Oh forgot to to mention, I play ELE, Do you have a 'basic' totem drop setup for your preset 'Call of..."? Again I know it's situational just needed a suggested start for BG's and world playing.

Try Earthbind Totem + Magma Totem + Mana Spring Totem + Wrath of Air totem for both.

Fire Elemental can be dropped manually against many or particularly tough enemies when its cooldown is ready, gl!
