All of the stat cap informations need to be re-worded

For instance

1. Need 17% Hit before talents / Draenei to cap Spell Hit;

This should say AFTER talents, not before.

Same goes for other pages such as expertise cap for feral druids, and probably all pages that list any stat that can be capped and have talents to increase it.
