Addon to see combo/shards/essence points

So I'm searching any addon that shows me the combo points, shards and essences in any different part of the screen, not just below the portrait.

 

I thought TellMeWhen could show, but now I think it can't .

 

What do you recommend, guys? Don't want WeakAuras, need another.
