Hey guys, 

 

I just started to play again after some time and I wonder which spec is the one to choose. I know WoD is coming soon, still i want to optimize my DPS in Raids. My armory link:http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/eredar/Buxbunny/simple

 

I just want to know which spec i should choose to get most DPS out of my gear? Currently I'm on frost, easy to play and high dmg while on low gear, but I think with 555 I could change to other specs. I tried fire once with about 545 gear but i made about 30k less dps, reforged and new gems (maybe because i failed a bit )

 

Would be nice if s.o. could help me out

With WoD so close I'd say go Frost.
Easier leveling and strongest spec on WoD endgame

Also the stats(haste & mastery) have the upperhand on your gear.

From what I have seen, frost will not be as strong in endgame, but it is definitely better for levelling.

 

And don't roll fire. If you absolutely can't live without fire spells, reroll a destro lock.

We can await damage tuning that is coming out in a few days to finally decide the direction we takin.

  • Fire
    • Fireball, Inferno Blast, and Pyroblast damage has been reduced by 20%.
  • Frost
    • Brain Freeze now increases the damage of Frostfire Bolt by 85% (up from 25%).
    • Frostbolt, Frozen Orb, and Ice Lance damage has been increased by 20%.
    • Water Elemental
      • Water Jet and Waterbolt's damage has been increased by 20%.
  • Talents
    • (Frost) Frost Bomb damage has been increased by 25%.
    • (Frost) Ice Nova's damage has been increased by 25%.
