Delaila 4 Report post Posted October 2, 2014 Hi Im not a hunter my self but i havent really been abel to find a good answer. How do the hunters manege to survive on and after the belt? Is it just spirtibond, deterence, healthstonses and posibel bandeges that are availebel? I have been watching several vids were they seem to manege to get their health back up with out any heals from the healers. The hunters in my team seems to take a lot of dmg ether on the belt or just after they get back from it. We are even runing 3 healers and have switched were the boss are so we can get to the hunters easier. Watching the vids just got me wondering thats all. I don't run heroics myself, so I don't know how big of a difference the damage intake is, but it's my understanding that spirit bond and health stones while on the belt and deterrence if necessary while moving between belts (ie. lasers and saw blades are in the path). Zagam 1,982 Report post Posted October 2, 2014 Spirit Bond + Glyph of Spirit Bond makes it so they're nearly invincible so long as they don't get hit by a powerful Overload. Overload is the silent killer on this fight if not tracked and executed well. Tanks must use ground effects and high DPS rotations to nuke the Shredder before the 4th Overload. The 4th Overload is what starts to wittle the belt Hunters away.

The 4th Overload is what starts to wittle the belt Hunters away. You're thinking of Glyph of Animal Bond, which increases all healing done to you and your pet by 10%. The glyph is practically mandatory since it a) helps your healers out and b) increases the power of spirit bond by a bit (3% per 2 sec > 3.3% per 2 sec). I also use Glyph of Liberation so that each time I disengage I get a little healing (like when we disengage on to the belt from being ejected out of the pipe while the debuff is on us). And before you say, "it really doesn't heal all that much" - you're right, it doesn't. But being able to disengage/heal has saved my life more than once while on belt duty. Delaila 4 Report post Posted October 3, 2014 Thx for the answers and helping me understand alilte bit more about that part of the fight. :) About Glyph of Liberation I would guess that any healing, no matter how small are helpfull.

Niix 169 Report post Posted October 17, 2014 Is the best guide to belts out there.. the only problem is its lenguage. Good luck To elaborate in text form I will give you what I do for each belt. Since it's 6.0 and SV bad now. We will want to go BM on the belts. You'll want to take Dire Beast, Blink Strikes and Barrage. For your first belt just go up normally, call your pet and begin attacking the designated target using all your CDs, disengage off and DPS the boss. When there is 5 seconds left on the timer for the next belt you'll want to head to the pipe, dismiss your pet and hop in, when you get shot up you can hit disengage and you'll land on the belt if you do it at the height of the pipe spitting you out. If you have AoC you can use Bestial Wrath and Dire Beast for every belt. I'm fairly confident I can solo the belts as a 586 BM hunter in 20 man Mythic just for something to aim towards. Yeah but your strat dont works for everyone, anyone whit 200+ms would fail to disengage on time (like me). Its truth a 585+ hunter can solo the belt playing BM, but you can go 2 hunters if needed, since the health of blackfuse is kinda low now.

Yeah, people with high MS will have issues with just about anything and honestly if they have 200 MS I wouldn't put them on belts.
