Vladamyr 169 Report post Posted October 1, 2012 It's actually not broken. Expertise applies spell hit for casters now. For instance: if you had an item with Hit/Mastery on it, it is telling you to reforge the Mastery to Expertise to get you to hit cap the quickest. 1 Expertise Rating = 1 Hit Rating Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
