That's what it reads but it was tested on the live realms before that the way Blizzard implemented it is by making it give 1 rage every 3 seconds, hence that explanation 🙂 if it was just slower rage decay there would be no point in using it ever!

Talents are in fury and arms, not protection.  This is incorrect!

While you would expect the protection Warrior to use Protection tree talents, the way they are set up atm at the Level 50 bracket makes them worse to use than going deep into Fury and Arms 😞 I explain this in the text below the talent calc.

Hopefully balance and runes at 60 makes it worthwhile to go deep prot finally!

I think the guide is missing out on the fact you can change cloak rune to Fresh Meat
You can get 2 Enrage up that way and that builds well into the Sentinel Rune on shoulders.
