Highmaul Fury BiS List

I've been making a BiS List for Highmaul mythic content since my guild asked me to (they use PriorityList.)
Here's what I found for now (links are normal version) :

I'm planning on playing fury TG, but is it a mistake ? People are saying arms is better on AoE figths (most of Wod's).
I'm playing on top EU and I've never been so lost than before WoD \o/

Can't look at the links atm (stuck using my phone in the airport on my way to blizzcon, #firstworldproblems) so i can't comment on the items.

I think from what i saw TG was the worst ST spec in T17 (i could be wrong). It should still beat SMF on aoe, but gladiator or arms might be the way to go.

SMF and Glad have very poor aoe, and most of T17 content is aoe fights right ?

 

So arms...? But common, it's so boring to play...

It is definitely depend on the fight. Glad will definitely shine on pure single target fights (Butcher and Gruul, for example), and it might be worth keeping 2 weapon sets as Fury (if you can afford it) depending on how much AoE there is to do. In pure AoE I'm pretty sure Arms still wins (TfB + Whirlwind gg) but I will personally avoid the spec unless I absolutely need to play it.

 

Looking at the dilemmas you have, it doesn't really matter. Boots will be pretty much equivalent, if I had to chose one of them I'd probably go for the 2nd pair, because crit will be pretty valuable early on. Weapons are both bad, so the BiS one will be whichever one you get warforged or socketed.
