The best race for encha shammy in WoD.

I want to discuss about problem of choosing the best for ench shaman in pve (horde). What we have?

1) Trolls - burst ability with 3m cd. Good for ascendence

2) Orcs - 2 minuts burst cd and +1% damage for wolfs and elems. Good for wolfs.

3) Taurens - 2% for critical damage. I think it's good for ring of fire. Usable for aoe fights.

4) Goblins -  %1 passive haste, It isn't looking very good against troll's burst ability with ascendence,

I have orc shaman and I'm thinking about respec in troll, cause  haste now impoves our wind strike cd.

Yes, but  i doubt  what is the best plus damage in new content.
