Are you talking about the relics? Because if so, you turn these into Sallee Silverclamp.

Always, always, always give advice and describe at the most basic level.  As with most advice sites, you assume so much.  For example, WHERE is the Steemwheedle Preservation Society (SPS) located?  Not once do you provide that information on this blog.  Why?  

 

Get real.  Someone has some tokens.  They say, turn in to the SPS.  A Google search, sadly, brings them to your site.  Bupkis. 

 

Rinse, repeat.

I think it would be most helpful to give the coordinates, as well as the directions.  Sometimes "across the river to the west, of Yrels watch. take the bridge that crosses the river.. south of there," is so vague it leaves it hard to find.

She is just across the river from Lok-rath! I just found her myself! If you cross the bridge @Lok-rath, shes in the ruins to your right.

I agree.  The directions given were rather vague.  Her actual location is inside the Ruins of Na'Gwa.  Coordinates 50.3, 41.3.
