Guest Zero Report post Posted June 3, 2015 Garrison Blueprint: Frostwall Tavern, Level 3 is a reward from completing the Stay Awhile and Listen achievement, which requires you to complete all of the dungeon quests offered at your inn. Archimage 98 Report post Posted February 29, 2016 Regarding the level 3 perk to unlock Treasure missions: Is it worth to have a level 3 inn on all your alts to farm the treasure missions? I've heard a rumor that these missions are divided among all your characters with a level 3 inn. Missions like Blingtron's Vault only appearing on one character per week. Is this confirmed?
