The Nagrand location should be 32.1/46.2 (it looks like the Shadowmoon Valley coordinates were copied to this location accidentally). 2. In order to deactivate a portal, it is not the case that creating a new one will cause it to overwrite one of the old ones. To be honest, I don't remember testing it, because you usually build your Level 3 Garrison as soon as you hit 100. I added a note to the guide regarding the Tanaan Waygate.
