Using Draenic Invisibility Potion, you can skip the first trash packs entirely, all the way up to the first boss. But when you get to the boss, you have to pull and kill at least one trash mob from the packs you skipped, otherwise you won't have enough mobs to complete the challenge. My guild today actually stuck on 35/36 trash mobs, after we killed the last boss. We couldn't even return and kill one mob, so we had to redo the entire challenge. Just make sure to use personal movement speed abilities BEFORE you use the potion, as casting anything puts you out of invisibility.
