So i was wondering if Scabbard is worth it after the change or not any opinion is appreciated.

 

So seems they reverted the changes again is it still not worth it?

When the on use effect isn't active it's only providing you 220 versatility.  Not the most ideal passive effect.  Considering versatility is going to be better the more you have (i.e. later when you're raid geared) I'd say it isn't really worth it right now personally.  Others may disagree.

There's no longer versatility on  Scabbard of Kyanos it's just a plain 2200 strength on use. It's not terrible but it provides no benefit if the buff isn't active. Versatility was already sorta poop for dps Warriors anyway, but the loss drives it further down the list. I personally think you'd be better off with a good bonus armor trinket, but the mathematicians will figure all that jazz out. I'd sell my Scabbard if I can find someone silly enough to buy it at the moment.

While not being a mathematician myself, I see a problem raising with the Scabbard because it has a 90s CD, and therefore can't be lined up with Bloodbath/Dragon Roar consistently. Generally speaking, as a warrior, you're always better off with trinkets with a 1 or 2 minutes CD.
