JollyJay 0 Report post Posted June 12 There's no Cataclysm Classic forum section. There is a section for classic, for wrath and for tbc but not one for cata. I'd like to provide some feedback on some incorrect info in a class guide, but don't have that option really unless I want to post it in the wrong expansion and hope someone sees it and can correct the guide. For what it's worth, the survival hunter guide, under the spell summary section mentions that there is no longer a range restriction on ranged attacks and we should always be using ranged attacks. This is incorrect. If you are in melee range, you can't use ranged attacks. I'm playing my survival hunter right now in Cataclysm classic, and he can't auto shoot or perform any ranged abilities within melee range. Hunter no longer have a minimum range on their attacks. This means that you should always use ranged attacks instead of melee attacks, regardless of the situation.
