Ellen will be the first S-Rank Agent in the Exclusive Channel, and an amazing teaser trailer has been released! Here is what you need to know!
The first Exclusive Channel has officially been announced, and it will feature the following characters:
Ellen Joe Anton Ivanov Soukaku Ellen Joe is the first S-Rank Agent appearing in the exclusive banner. She is an ice DPS, dealing massive damage with her Flash Freeze Charges!

Ellen seems to be quite popular but enjoys a more calm environment. Her Shark tail can be impressive, but she has an extremely sweet personality while also being a fierce fighter!
Let us know if you intend to pull for her! If you do, make sure to save up your resources and take advantage of any upcoming events that might increase your chances. Also, consider building a team that can complement her ice abilities, or that come from the same Faction as her, Victoria Houskeeping Co, for maximum effectiveness.

The first Exclusive Channel called Mellow Waveride will start on July 04, 2024, and will feature Ellen as the first S-Rank Agent together with two A-Rank Agents: Anton and Soukaku. We have guides for all three ready here:

The Zenless Zone Zero Pre-Release Special program jsut ended, and here is the key information that was announced! Discover the New Character visuals, Zones, Banner, Rewards, and much more!
Now that the Pre-Release Special Program is over, let's go over what has been announced! Here are the key takeaways you need to remember from the live event!
First of all, multiple new visuals have been shown of future characters:
Three New members of the Criminal Investigation Faction Two New members of Section 6 3 Members of what should be the future Virtual Idols Faction While the names and characteristics of those Agents have not been revealed yet, here are some visuals for you to enjoy:
Additionally, information about the Bangboo Banner was released:
After some feedback from players, they decided to make S-Rank Bangboo guaranteed! You will be able to select your desired Bangboo, and the first S-Rank Bangboo you drop will be the one you wished for!
The new Zone Lumina has also been revealed! You will be able to explore it in-game, and discover all its secrets!
Finally, you will also be happy to know that plenty of rewards where announced! Simply playing the game should give you 100 Free Pulls, and 80 Boopons!
Additionally, the first Redemption Code has been released: ZZZFREE100. You will be able to register the code between July 04 and July 11! Be sure to visit regularly our Redemption Code page as we will update it regularly with new available codes!
