Summon Jade Serpent Statue bug?

Hello, I am kinda new to the monk class, so might be something that i am missing. But! while i've healed HC and CM in wod, i've noticed that it isn't always that my statue channels Soothing mist when I do. I've tested it, and it doesn't look like it's only a visuel bug, it seems like it isn't healing at all.

 

I just want to know if this is something that i've missed in my spells, or if it is a bug. And if it is a bug, how many else are experiencing it? (:

It should only do a soothing mist when you are casting soothing mist yourself.

yes, but even when I channel soothing mist, it's not always that the statue channel aswell, and I wasn't sure if it was a visuel bug or it didn't heal at all. So I tested it, and it seems like it doesn't heal at all..

 

It often happens when i switch targets with soothing mist myself.

I don't think i have ever experienced this.  I guess you have made sure your statue was in range of someone?

It's been when ppl are stacked up, when ppl are at 100% hp and when everyone is less than 50% I've tested it in Ashran most of the time it chooses a target, but it happens that it doesn't choose one at all, and it's hell of a lot to lose on healing when it doesn't want to channel nothing.. :s
