Ellen will be the first S-Rank Agent in the Exclusive Channel, and an amazing teaser trailer has been released! Here is what you need to know!

The first Exclusive Channel has officially been announced, and it will feature the following characters:

Ellen Joe is the first S-Rank Agent appearing in the exclusive banner. She is an ice DPS, dealing massive damage with her Flash Freeze Charges!

Ellen seems to be quite popular but enjoys a more calm environment. Her Shark tail can be impressive, but she has an extremely sweet personality while also being a fierce fighter!

Let us know if you intend to pull for her! If you do, make sure to save up your resources and take advantage of any upcoming events that might increase your chances. Also, consider building a team that can complement her ice abilities, or that come from the same Faction as her, Victoria Houskeeping Co, for maximum effectiveness.

      Zenless Zone Zero is doing the Math Wrong!

      It seem that there are some mathematical issues in Zenless Zone Zero, find out more here!
      Players who have been testing Hollow Zero content or similar fights where it was required to complete the stage in a certain amount of time, may already have noticed that something was wrong.
      As reddit user Quers_Games mentioned it, the math of the game is not mathing: 
      As you can see, the 120s timer should also be checked, since the players clearly finished within the time, yet for some reason, the game does not recognize this. Someone thought 1 minute = 100 seconds it seems.
      Or maybe it could just be like Billy said: Time in the Hollows can be distorted!

      A Brand New Lore trailer released for Zenless Zone Zero, and discover new characters and more!
      Zenless Zone Zero just released a brand new lore trailer, and it is very intriguing! 
      You can watch the trailer here:
      We can clearly see some new characters we have not seen before, and a lot of questions arise with this: are they the villains? Are they the seven heroes we heard about? Will they be playable? The answer is most likely yes given their designs, but nothing is sure so far!
      We can also have a glimpse of what seems to be the Chasm for New Eridu. Without going too deep into Lore to not reveal any spoilers, the story is definitely getting exciting!

      Be ready to Pre-Download Zenless Zone Zero!

      The Official Pre-Download for Zenless Zone Zero has started, here is what you need to know!
      From today onwards, you can officially pre-download Zenless Zone Zero on the following platforms: PC, Android, IOS, and Playstation 5!
      Zenless Zone Zero version 1.0, Welcome to New Eridu, will go live on July 4 at 10:00 AM (UCT+8), and you can already pre-download it starting today!
      You can head to the Official Download and select your platform to access to specific download link.
      For PC users, players who already have the new HoYoPlay launcher will be able to simply open the launcher, search for Zenless Zone Zero, and click the pre-download button. For those who do not have the launcher yet, you will need to download it through the provided link here. 

      For IOS and Android users, you can visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for Zenless Zone Zero to download it. Apple users may experience a delay in the update on the App store, so please be patient if the download is not immediately available. 
      For Playstation 5 users, you must have pre-ordered Zenless Zone Zero in order to access the pre-download option; otherwise, you will have to wait until the release day to download the game.
