Skyriding/Dragonriding will be available at Level 10 in the War Within pre-patch.
Blizzard made a small change in the latest War Within pre-patch build, allowing players to learn Skyriding (or Dragonriding) at Level 10!
Thanks to MrGM for the screenshot.
Placeholder for tweet 1808862781526982972 This is just one of many changes planned for riding skills in the War Within pre-patch. You will learn Switch Flight Style at Level 20, allowing you to switch between Steady Flight (standard flying) and Skyriding (Dragonriding).

Ground mounts are now available at Level 9 (or 10). The actual skill says Level 9, but the Spell Book says Level 10.

Blizzard has made a change to Delves in the latest Beta build, increasing the death limit from five to ten lives. This means you now have ten chances to revive before being forced to retreat and start over.
In this week's The War Within Beta build, the number of lives allowed in Delves has been doubled from five to ten, giving you more opportunities to continue your journey.

Previously, the death count was 5, so now, you have twice as many attempts.

Buying Warband tabs in the War Within pre-patch isn't cheap at all. The first one is only 1,000 gold, but by the time you get to the fifth, it'll set you back 2.5 million!
As I was writing our Warband guide for the pre-patch, I noticed just how steep the pricing for Warband Bank tabs is.
The first two tabs are quite affordable, costing 1,000 and 25,000 gold, respectively. But the price jumps significantly for the third tab at 100,000 gold, then skyrockets to 500,000 gold for the fourth, and a staggering 2,500,000 gold for the fifth. I didn't even have enough gold to buy the fifth tab to see if there are more beyond that.

      Here are the exact costs:
The first tab costs 1,000 gold. The second tab costs 25,000 gold. The third tab costs 100,000 gold. The fourth tab costs 500,000 gold. The fifth tab costs 2,500,000 gold. The real question is, how many tabs will the average player need? With the Warband Bank allowing you to store reagents and account-wide gear, it's easy to quickly fill up valuable tab space. Each Warband Bank tab has 98 item slots. Will that be enough?

      Achievements
What's Down There? now requires 1 Massive Lunker (was 2). That's not a Fish... now requires 5 Massive Lunkers (was 10). We're Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon now requires 10 Massive Lunkers (was 25). Items
Ominous Conch cooldown lowered to 1 minute (was 5 minutes). Increased the drop rate of Ominous Conch found in Tuskarr Tackle Boxes. Ominous Conch now has a maximum stack size of 20. Developers’ notes: Ominous Conch used to have a maximum stack size of 20 in earlier patches, and that was removed. Since we’re putting the max back on it, we think it’s best to also reduce the associated achievement requirements and cooldown. WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria
Fixed several issues with the achievement Elusive Foes: Timeless Isles. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue preventing the completion of the Bounce achievement. Cataclysm raid premade group activities are now available in Group Finder.
