Death Knight

  • Frenzied Bloodthirst - Essence of the Blood Queen stacks 2 additional times and increases the damage of your Death Coil and Death Strike by 2% 3% per stack.
  • Death Strike - Blood, Unholy, Initial: Focuses dark power into a strike that deals [ 46.43% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and heals you for 22.00% 25.00% of all damage taken in the last 5 sec, minimum 7.0% of maximum health. Frost: Focuses dark power into a strike with both weapons, that deals a total of [ 76.3% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and heals you for 22.00% 25.00% of all damage taken in the last 5 sec, minimum 7.0% of maximum health.
  • Visceral Strength - When Sudden Doom is consumed, you gain 5% 6% Strength for 5 sec.

  • Marrowrend - Smash the target, dealing [ 63.95% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and generating 3 charges of Bone Shield. Lasts 30 sec or until all charges are consumed.. Each melee attack against you consumes a charge Bone Shield Surrounds you with a barrier of whirling bones, increasing Armor by [ 88% of Strength Strength, ], and your Haste by 0%
  • Clawing Shadows - Deals [ 85.57% 107% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage and causes 1 Festering Wound to burst.
  • Reaper's Mark - Viciously slice into the soul of your enemy, dealing [ 150% of Attack Power ] Shadowfrost damage and applying Reaper's Mark. Reaper's Mark travels to an unmarked enemy nearby if the target dies, or explodes below 35% health when there are no enemies to travel to. This explosion cannot occur again on a target for 3 min.. Each time you deal Shadow or Frost damage, add a stack of Reaper's Mark After 12 sec or reaching 40 stacks, the mark explodes, dealing [ 26% 18.2% of Attack Power ] damage per stack
  • Trollbane's Icy Fury - Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Scourge Strike shatters Trollbane's Chains of Ice when hit, dealing [ 216% 140.4% of Attack Power ] Shadowfrost damage to nearby enemies, and slowing them by 40% for 4 sec
  • Tombstone - Consume up to 5 Bone Shield charges For each charge consumed, you gain 5 6 Runic Power and absorb damage equal to 5% 6% of your maximum health for 8 sec.

Demon Hunter

  • Fel Rush - Rush forward, incinerating anything in your path for [ 38.47% 43.47% + of Attack Power ] Chaos damage.
  • The Hunt - The pursuit invigorates your soul, healing you for 10% of the damage you deal to your Hunt target for 20 sec. Charge to your target, striking them for [ 450% 508.5% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage, rooting them in place for 1.5 sec and inflicting [ 319.69% 361.25% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage over 6 sec to up to 5 enemies in your path

Evoker

  • Animosity - Casting an empower spell extends the duration of Dragonrage by 4 5 sec, up to a maximum of 16 20 sec.
  • Titanic Wrath - Essence Burst increases the damage of affected spells by 8.0%. 15.0%.

Hunter

  • Black Arrow - Each time Black Arrow deals damage, you have a 10% chance to generate a charge of Barbed Shot or Aimed Shot. Fire a Black Arrow into your target, dealing [ 180% 360% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage over 18 sec
  • Wildfire Bomb - Deals 40% increased damage to your primary target..   • Flamestrike - Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets Normal: Calls down a pillar of fire, burning all enemies within the area for [ 66% 72.6% of Spell Power ] Fire damage and reducing their movement speed by 20% for 8 sec.   • Arcane Orb - Grants 1 Arcane Charge when cast and every time it deals damage. Launches an Arcane Orb forward from your position, traveling up to 40 yds, dealing [ 102% 91.8% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage to enemies it passes through
  • Blizzard - Each time Blizzard deals damage, the cooldown of Frozen Orb is reduced by 0.50 sec. Ice shards pelt the target area, dealing [ 82.1% 120% of Spell Power ] Frost damage over 8 sec and reducing movement speed by 50% for 3 sec
  • Chrono Shift - Arcane Barrage slows enemies by 50% 25% and increases your movement speed by 50% for 5 sec.

Conjures a massive spike of ice, and merges your current Icicles into it It impales your target, dealing [ 495% 545% + of Spell Power ] damage plus all of the damage stored in your Icicles, and freezes the target in place for 4 sec
  • Splitting Ice - Your Glacial Spike also hits a second nearby target for 100% of its damage. Your Ice Lance and Icicles now deal 5% increased damage, and hit a second nearby target for 80% 90% of their damage
  • Explosive Ingenuity - Living Bomb damage increased by 25%. Your chance of gaining Lit Fuse when consuming Hot Streak is increased by 10% 5%
  • Arcane Missiles - Only castable when you have Clearcasting Launches five waves of Arcane Missiles at the enemy over 2.5 sec, causing a total of [ 317.8% 286% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage.
  • Arcane Barrage - Consumes all Arcane Charges. Launches bolts of arcane energy at the enemy target, causing [ 97.2% 42% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage. For each Arcane Charge, deals 30% 90% additional damage, grants you 1.5% of your maximum mana, and hits 1 additional nearby targets for 40% of its damage
  • Flame Patch - Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Flamestrike leaves behind a patch of flames that burns enemies within it for [ 28.8% 37.4% of Spell Power ] Fire damage over 8 sec
  • Comet Storm - Calls down a series of 7 icy comets on and around the target, that deals up to [ 350% - 385% + of Spell Power ] Frost damage to all enemies within 6 yds of its impacts.
  • Phoenix Flames - Always deals a critical strike. Hurls a Phoenix that deals [ 70% 77% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to the target and reduced damage to other nearby enemies
  • Splintering Ray - Ray of Frost deals 25% 30% of its damage to 5 nearby enemies.
  • Lit Fuse - Up to 3 enemies hit by this explosion also become a Living Bomb, but this effect cannot spread further. Consuming Hot Streak has a 15% 8% chance to grant you Lit Fuse. Lit Fuse : Your next Fire Blast turns up to 1 nearby targets into a Living Bomb that explodes after 2 sec, dealing [ 40% 60% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to the target and reduced damage to all other enemies within 10 yds

  • Stormcaller - Increases the critical strike chance of your Nature damage spells by 10% 5% and the critical strike damage of your Nature spells by 5%.
  • Stone Bulwark Totem - Summons a totem with [ 5% of Total Health ] health at the feet of the caster for 30 sec, granting the caster a shield absorbing [ 1,400% 3,600% of Spell Power ] damage for 10 15 sec, and up to an additional [ 140% 360% of Spell Power ] every 5 sec.

  • Routine Communication - Riptide has a 15% chance to call an Ancestor. Ancestor to your side for 6 sec.
  • Ancestral Swiftness - Your next healing or damaging spell is instant, costs no mana, and deals 10% increased damage and healing If you know Nature's Swiftness, it is replaced by Ancestral Swiftness and causes Ancestral Swiftness to call an Ancestor to your side. side for 6 sec.
  • Unlimited Power - Gaining a new stack does not refresh the duration. Spending Maelstrom Weapon stacks grants you 3% 1% haste for 15 sec, stacking
  • Imbuement Mastery - Increases the duration of your Earthliving effect by 6 3 sec.
  • Arc Discharge - When Tempest strikes more than one target, your next 3 2 Chain Lightning spells are instant cast and deal 75% increased damage.
  • Heed My Call - Ancestors last an additional 2 4 sec.

Warlock

  • Channel Demonfire - Normal: Launches 15 bolts of felfire over 3 sec at random targets afflicted by your Immolate within 40 yds. Wither : Launches 15 bolts of felfire over 3 sec at random targets afflicted by your Wither within 40 yds Each bolt deals [ 28.11% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to the target and [ 11.18% 13.98% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to nearby enemies. Each bolt deals [ 28.11% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to the target and [ 11.18% 13.98% of Spell Power ] Fire damage to nearby enemies.
  • Zevrim's Resilience - Dark Pact heals you for [ 18.23% 164.58% of Spell Power ] every 1 sec while active.
  • Rain of Fire - Calls down a rain of hellfire, dealing [ 164.9% 222.6% of Spell Power ] Fire damage over 8 sec to enemies in the area.
  • Soul Conduit - Affliction, Destruction: Every Soul Shard you spend has a 10% chance to be refunded. Demonology, Initial: Every Soul Shard you spend has a 5% chance to be refunded.

Warrior

  • Overpower - Cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried. Increases the damage of your next Mortal Strike by 30%, stacking up to 1 times. Overpower the enemy, dealing [ 140.18% 154.2% of Attack Power ] Physical damage
  • Invigorating Fury - Enraged Regeneration lasts 3 sec longer and instantly heals for 15% 10% of your maximum health.
  • Impending Victory - Killing an enemy that yields experience or honor resets the cooldown of Impending Victory and makes it cost no Rage. Instantly attack the target, causing [ 59% of Attack Power ] damage and healing you for 20% 30% of your maximum health
  • Odyn's Fury - Generates 15 Rage. Unleashes your power, dealing [ 547.4% 383.2% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and an additional [ 159.8% 111.86% of Attack Power ] Physical damage over 4 sec to all enemies within 12 yards
  • Dreadnaught - Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Overpower causes a seismic wave, dealing [ 24% 26.4% of Attack Power ] damage to all enemies in a 10 yd line
  • Strength of the Mountain - Shield Slam damage increased by 10% `s` Bloodthirst and Rampage damage increased by 15%.

      Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
      We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
      Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

      Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
      The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
      The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

      All Percentiles
      As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
      U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
      Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.

      For the next two weeks, the Archaeology quest for Spirit of Eche'ro is available on live servers, so don't forget to get the rare mount before it's gone for 6 months!
      How to Get the Spirit of Eche'ro Mount
      1. Download MapCoords or some other add-os that displays coordinates in the game.
      2. Teleport to Azsuna from the Stormwind/Orgrimmar Portal Room or use your Dalaran Hearthstone to reach Dalaran (Legion) if you have one in your inventory.
      3. Seek out Archaeology Trainer Dariness the Learned in Dalaran at 41,26 and learn Archaeology if you already haven't.
      4. Accept The Right Path quest from the Archaeology Trainer and make your way to Thunder Totem in Highmountain.
      5. Talk to Lessah Moonwater to accept Laying to Rest. For the quest, you must collect 600 Bone Fragments of Eche'ro by rotating between four digsites in Highmountain. The exact locations with coords are outlined below.
      Digsite 1: Darkfeather Valley (50, 44) Digsite 2: Dragon's Falls (58, 72) Digsite 3: Path of Huin (44, 72) Digsite 4: Whitewater Wash (39, 65) it takes roughly around 2 hours to get the mount.
      Spirit of Eche'ro
      "The spirit of Huln Highmountain's pet moose."

      Hurry up! You only have until August 21, 2024, to get the mount!

      MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
      With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

      We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
      When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
      MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
