Paladin

  • Tyr's Deliverance - Releases the Light within yourself, healing 5 injured allies instantly and an injured ally every 1 sec for 20 sec within 40 yds for [ 30% 39% of Spell Power ]. Allies healed also receive 10% 12% increased healing from your Holy Light, Flash of Light, and Holy Shock spells for 12 sec.
  • Light of Dawn - Normal: Unleashes a wave of Holy energy, healing up to 5 injured allies within a 15 yd frontal cone for [ 110% 126.5% of Spell Power ]. Breaking Dawn : Unleashes a wave of Holy energy, healing up to 5 injured allies within a 40 yd frontal cone for [ 110% 126.5% of Spell Power ].
  • Sanctified Wrath - Combines with Avenging Wrath. Call upon the Light and become an avatar of retribution for 25 sec, reducing Holy Shock's cooldown by 20% 50%
  • Power of the Silver Hand - Holy Light, Flash of Light, and Judgment have a chance to grant you Power of the Silver Hand, increasing the healing of your next Holy Shock by 10% 20% of all damage and effective healing you do within the next 10 sec, up to a maximum of [ 50% of Total Health ].
  • Justicar's Vengeance - Damage is increased by 25% when used against a stunned target. Damage is increased by 25% when used against a stunned target. Normal: Focuses Holy energy to deliver a powerful weapon strike that deals [ 151.61% 136.45% of Attack Power ] Holy damage, and restores 3% of your maximum health. Blades of Light : Focuses Holy energy to deliver a powerful weapon strike that deals [ 151.61% 136.45% of Attack Power ] Holystrike damage, and restores 3% of your maximum health
  • Righteous Judgment - The limit on Consecration does not apply to this effect. Judgment has a 30% 50% chance to cast Consecration at the target's location
  • Crusading Strikes - Inherits Crusader Strike benefits but cannot benefit from Windfury. Crusader Strike replaces your auto-attacks and deals [ 53.5% 48.15% of Attack Power ] Physical damage, but now only generates 1 Holy Power every 2 attacks
  • Retribution Paladin - Retribution Paladin core passive Increases damage/healing by 12%: Flash of Light Decreases damage/healing by 10%: Crusader Strike Decreases damage/healing by 6%: Consecrated Ground and Consecration Increases damage/healing by 116%: 159%: Afterimage, Faith in the Light, Hand of the Protector, Word of Glory
  • Overflowing Light - The shield amount cannot exceed 10% of your max health. 15% 30% of Holy Shock's overhealing is converted into an absorb shield
  • Wrathful Descent - Enemies hit by this effect deal 5% reduced damage to you for 8 sec. When Empyrean Hammer critically strikes, 80% 100% of its damage is dealt to nearby enemies
  • Gleaming Rays - While a Dawnlight is active, your Holy Power spenders deal 6% 5% additional damage or healing.
  • Divine Storm - Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Normal: Unleashes a whirl of divine energy, dealing [ 93.13% 116.41% of Attack Power ] Holy damage to all nearby enemies.   • Awakening - While in combat, your Holy Power spenders generate 1 stack of Awakening At 12 15 stacks of Awakening, your next Judgment deals 30% 40% increased damage, will critically strike, and activates Avenging Wrath for 12 sec.
  • Saved by the Light - You cannot shield the same person this way twice within 60 sec. When an ally with your Beacon of Light is damaged below 30% 50% health, they absorb the next [ 900% of Spell Power ] damage
  • Templar Strikes - Crusader Strike becomes a 2 part combo Templar Strike slashes an enemy for [ 135.55% 121.99% of Attack Power ] Radiant damage and gets replaced by Templar Slash for 5 sec. Templar Slash strikes an enemy for [ 250.01% 225.01% + of Attack Power ] Radiant damage, and burns the enemy for 50% of the damage dealt over 4 sec.
  • Blade of Vengeance - Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Blade of Justice now hits nearby enemies for [ 93.63% 117.04% of Attack Power ] Holy damage

  • Sun's Avatar - During Avenging Wrath, you become linked to your Dawnlights, causing [ 18% 21.6% of Spell Power ] Radiant damage to enemies or [ 18% of Spell Power ] healing to allies that pass through the beams, reduced beyond 5 targets. Activating Avenging Wrath applies up to 4 Dawnlights onto nearby allies or enemies and increases Dawnlight's duration by 25%. 20%.

  • Blessing of Summer - Blessing of the Seasons: Turns to Autumn after use. Bless an ally for 30 sec, causing 20% 12% of all healing to be converted into damage onto a nearby enemy and 10% 12% of all damage to be converted into healing onto an injured ally within 40 yds
  • Moment of Compassion - Your Flash of Light heals for an additional 15% 50% when cast on a target affected by your Beacon of Light.
  • Bulwark of Order - Avenger's Shield also shields you for 8 sec, absorbing 50% 60% as much damage as it dealt, up to 50% of your maximum health.
  • Paladin Retribution 11.0 Class Set 4pc - Wake of Ashes increases your damage done by 10% 8% for 8 sec.
  • Blade of Justice - Generates 1 Holy Power.. Generates 2 Holy Power Normal: Pierce an enemy with a blade of light, dealing [ 166.39% 133.11% of Attack Power ] Holy damage.       Due to a bug introduced with the War Within pre-patch, some players are receiving item level 250 gear from the weekly cache.
      We've seen numerous reports on Reddit and the official forums that the Last Hurrah weekly quest on live servers drop low-level gear for some players. Apparently, the bug was first introduced with the War Within pre-patch two weeks ago and still hasn't been fixed.
      Here's an example of a low item level drop from the Cache of Awakened Treasures by Omnifox.

      Week 2 brings quite a few changes, as Hunters in particular rise up, while Shadow has a really bad time. The top 3 remains the same and very consistent, so let's jump in and see what's going on.
      Warcraft Logs Points
      The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
      The top 3 remains quite stable with the Evoker-Paladin-Warrior trio reigning supreme. We see the first change of the week right after that though, as Frost DK continues its upward march in dungeons as well as in raids, taking 4th from Elemental. Both DKs are on the rise, as Unholy also moves a spot up, taking advantage of Shadow's precipitous 5-spot fall to the bottom of the top 10. Arms remains stable as two Hunters burst in, Beast Mastery taking 8th and Marksmanship 9th, as Frost Mage disappears down towards the bottom. Speaking of the bottom, Devastation gets some new roommates there, as Outlaw and Destruction fall and give Enhancement and Feral a break.

      All Percentiles
      As with the top percentiles, the top 3 remains solid, but 4th is immediately changed, thanks to Shadow's massive drop in performance this week. The Priest loses even more ground here, falling 9 spots into 13th, opening 4th up for Arms. Beast Mastery moves even higher here, grabbing 5th and moving in front of Elemental and Frost DK, as Marksmanship brings up the rear and completes the Hunter sandwich in 8th. Affliction breaks into the top 10, just ahead of Unholy which dropped to the final spot.

      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
      U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
      Frost DK finds itself on top in the raw DPS rankings, as Augmentation isn't calculated properly here. Fury and Arms grab the next two spots, moving ahead of Ret, and the Fyr'alath wins continue in 5th, where Unholy finished the legendary axe streak. Even Survival joins the Hunter good times in 8th, where all three specs gather, just ahead of Balance who closes out the top 10.

      For the next two weeks, the Archaeology quest for Spirit of Eche'ro is available on live servers, so don't forget to get the rare mount before it's gone for 6 months!
      How to Get the Spirit of Eche'ro Mount
      1. Download MapCoords or some other add-os that displays coordinates in the game.
      2. Teleport to Azsuna from the Stormwind/Orgrimmar Portal Room or use your Dalaran Hearthstone to reach Dalaran (Legion) if you have one in your inventory.
      3. Seek out Archaeology Trainer Dariness the Learned in Dalaran at 41,26 and learn Archaeology if you already haven't.
      4. Accept The Right Path quest from the Archaeology Trainer and make your way to Thunder Totem in Highmountain.
      5. Talk to Lessah Moonwater to accept Laying to Rest. For the quest, you must collect 600 Bone Fragments of Eche'ro by rotating between four digsites in Highmountain. The exact locations with coords are outlined below.
      Digsite 1: Darkfeather Valley (50, 44) Digsite 2: Dragon's Falls (58, 72) Digsite 3: Path of Huin (44, 72) Digsite 4: Whitewater Wash (39, 65) it takes roughly around 2 hours to get the mount.
      Spirit of Eche'ro
      "The spirit of Huln Highmountain's pet moose."

      Hurry up! You only have until August 21, 2024, to get the mount!

      MoP Remix characters that will transfer over to retail will receive a gear boost!
      With Patch 11.0.2 now live on Public Test Realms, you can copy over MoP Remix characters from retail! It appears all MoP Remix characters will receive a character boost so you can dive straight into action when the War Within expansion launches.

      We can't unfortunately log in to the game with the MoP Remix char on the PTR so we can't confirm the Item Level of gear for max level characters. However, keep in mind that the gear boost will scale with your level, so if you're below max cap, you will receive gear appropriate to your current level.
      When Can We Expect MoP Remix Characters to Transfer to Retail?
      MoP Remix ends on August 19, so we assume the characters will need to be transferred to retail by August 22 when Early Access begins.
